QUINTOLUBRIC® HFDu products are water free fire resistant hydraulic fluids. Our HFDu fluids are formulated from polyol esters (synthetic and natural) that have excellent fire resistant properties.

Our QUINTOLUBRIC® and QH COSMOLUBRIC® HFDu products are designed to replace anti-wear, mineral oil based hydraulic fluids used in applications where fire hazards exist. Globally available, they are biodegradable and can be used in environmentally sensitive hydraulic applications.

Our HFDu products meet the requirements of various Fire Resistant ISO standards and many are FM Global (Factory Mutual) approved.

Reliable Operation

Quaker Houghton HFDu fire resistant hydraulic fluids are designed to replace anti-wear, mineral oil-based hydraulic fluids used in applications where fire hazards exist. They can also be used in environmentally sensitive hydraulic applications without compromising the overall hydraulic system operations. This fluid does not contain water, mineral oil, or phosphate ester, and is based on high-quality, synthetic, organic esters and carefully selected additives to achieve excellent and reliable hydraulic fluid performance.
