We provide field technical support and a professional fluid testing program for all Quaker Houghton products that will assist customers in maintaining both their fluid and hydraulic components in top operating condition.

We can also provide sample testing to assist with problem solving. Quaker Houghton has fully equipped analytical laboratories worldwide that can be called upon to guide both service personnel and customers in getting the optimum performance from their hydraulic fluids.

Additional testing is available for problem solving. Quaker Houghton has a fully equipped analytical laboratory that can be called upon to guide both service personnel and customers in getting the optimum performance from their Quaker Houghton fire resistant hydraulic fluids. In all cases, please mark the sample bottle properly with:

• Date
• Company name
• System name or code
• Fluid name in use
• Name and e-mail address of sender
• Cost for analyses depend on region.

Results are typically transmitted within 3-4 days of receipt of sample. The cost for one standard analysis report is $50 USD. To take advantage of
this service, please follow these instructions:

• Use only the sample bottles supplied in the kit.
• Complete all labels and paperwork supplied with the kit
• Follow safe packaging instructions provided

Each sampling kit contains everything needed for three standard hydraulic fluid analyses. The kits cost $150.00 USD, which prepays the cost of the analysis and report for each of the three samples.
